About Astea:
Astea is a premier provider of Service Lifecycle Management solutions for companies that market, sell, service and support equipment. Astea offers a full range of modular but tightly integrated technologies for companies where downtime is not an option, and resource utilization directly impacts financial performance. Their applications extend traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to encompass supply chain and logistics functionality, all honed to service-oriented businesses.
Project Summary:
The good folks at Astea asked me to work with them to design and devleop a web portal for their partners. The portal needed to be secure, user friendly and easy to maintain by Astea staff members. The portal is now the primary source for Astea’s products and services information.
