Thanks for looking at the eBay listing for my 1978 Trans Am. This page has several more pictures for you to look at of the T/A during the 4 ½ years I have owned it. The pictures include the T/A in its original condition, the car stripped down getting prepped for the new paint and decals it has today and numerous pictures of the car after the paint job was completed.
Also included in these photos are pictures of the undercarriage. In these pictures, you can see the Hotchkis Suspension, Bilstein Shocks, Pypes Exhaust and the Mallory Fuel System.
The headers you see have been removed. They were ceramic coated Headman Headers that had a bad finish and did nothing but leak. I have since replaced them with Hooker Super Competition coated headers.
Lastly, you’ll notice in many of the "after paint" pictures the front and rear bumper stripes are missing. Phoenix Graphics had to send them to Rod 1 Shop a few weeks later because they were missing from the original kit. There are a group of pictures towards the end that show them being applied.
Thank you for taking the time to come to this site and learn more about my Trans Am. Please be sure to click the Start It Up button and listen to her run.
